Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between

and consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) via the online shop fghtwrld.com.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer are not recognized, unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
(3) A consumer in the sense of these General Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
(2) By clicking the 'Buy' or 'Order with obligation to pay' button, the buyer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The provider can accept this offer within 2 working days by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded upon dispatch of this confirmation e-mail.
(4) The contract language is German.
§ 3 Products and Prices
(1) The provider operates an online shop for textiles, accessories, and decorative items, which are produced using the print-on-demand process.
(2) Products are produced individually only after receipt of the order (print-on-demand). The supplier is Marketprint.

(3) The displayed prices are final prices including statutory VAT and do not include applicable shipping costs.
(4) The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of the order is decisive.
§ 4 Payment
(1) The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal (payment via PayPal account or credit card via PayPal)
- Klarna
- Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer)
- Credit card
(2) The purchase price is due upon completion of the order process.
(3) The provider reserves the right to offer further payment methods or to remove existing ones.
§ 5 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping countries and costs
The provider ships to the following countries:
Germany (DHL shipping):
• Order value €0.00 – €49.99: Shipping costs €3.95
• Order value from €50.00: Free shipping
EU countries (DHL International shipping):
• Order value €0.00 – €49.99: Shipping costs €6.95
• Order value from €50.00: Free shipping
International (outside the EU):
• Standard shipping: €12.95
Delivery times:
Since all products are produced only after receipt of order, the following delivery times apply from receipt of payment:
• Germany: 3–7 working days
• EU: 7–10 working days
• International: 10–20 working days
The specified delivery times are guidelines. Delays due to production or shipping partners are possible and do not give rise to claims for damages, provided that the provider is not responsible for them.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 7 Liability for Defects (Warranty)
The statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for claims for defects is 2 years from delivery of the goods.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability
(1) Claims of the buyer for damages are excluded. This does not apply to claims for damages of the buyer arising from injury to life, body, health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
(2) In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the provider is only liable for the contractually typical, foreseeable damage if this was caused by simple negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages of the buyer arising from injury to life, body or health.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
(1) German law applies to all legal disputes arising from this contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, insofar as legally permissible.
