Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between:

and consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop fghtwrld.com.
(2) Deviating terms of the buyer shall not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
(3) A consumer within the meaning of these T&Cs is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
(2) By clicking the button “Buy” or “Order with obligation to pay,” the buyer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The provider may accept this offer within 2 business days by sending an order confirmation via email. The purchase contract is concluded upon sending this confirmation email.
(4) The contract language is German.
§ 3 Products and Prices
(1) The provider operates an online shop for textiles, accessories, and decorative items produced using a print-on-demand process.
(2) Products are individually manufactured only after an order is placed (print-on-demand). Supplier:

(3) All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT and excluding applicable shipping costs.
(4) The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of the order shall apply.
§ 4 Payment
(1) The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal (payment via PayPal account or credit card via PayPal)
- Klarna
- Sofort (instant bank transfer)
- Credit card
(2) The purchase price is due upon completion of the order process.
(3) The provider reserves the right to offer additional payment methods or remove existing ones.
§ 5 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Countries and Costs
The provider ships to the following countries:
Germany (DHL Shipping):
- Order value €0.00 – €49.99: Shipping costs €3.95
- Order value from €50.00: Free shipping
EU Countries (DHL International Shipping):
- Order value €0.00 – €49.99: Shipping costs €6.95
- Order value from €50.00: Free shipping
International (outside the EU):
- Standard shipping: €12.95
Delivery Times
As all products are manufactured only after an order is placed, the following delivery times apply from receipt of payment:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- EU: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
The stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by production or shipping partners are possible and do not entitle the buyer to claims for damages, provided the provider is not responsible for such delays.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§ 7 Warranty (Defects Liability)
Statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for claims for defects is 2 years from delivery of the goods.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability
(1) Claims for damages by the buyer are excluded. This does not apply to claims for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives, or agents.
(2) In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the provider shall only be liable for foreseeable damage typical for the contract if caused by simple negligence, unless the claim relates to injury to life, body, or health.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply to all legal disputes arising from this contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Augsburg.
